We are fully committed to data security and privacy. High lights about our privacy practice:

* We don’t track your usage of the app, there are no cookies, advertisements.
* We design our app can be used anonymously, we do not ask any email, phone or personal information to use our app.
* We do not (and will never) sell or share any of the data submitted directly or indirectly by our users with any person or entity.

It is our primary goal to store only the absolute minimum of information for the shortest possible time (“Privacy by Design”). In addition to using state-of-the-art encryption methods, we take all necessary technical and organizational measures to prevent unauthorized data access and misuse. The processing and protection of data is carried out in accordance with applicable legal regulations California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA) and EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).

1. General Information

The FLinteger A1 app (hereinafter referred to as FLinteger A1) was developed in order to work on device only. It is therefore not absolutely necessary to indicate personal data to use the app.

FLinteger A1 design be used without providing any personal data. By using the app, you agree to the collection, processing and use of data as described below.

2. Purpose of Data Processing

FLinteger A1 use server to serve block list data, FLinteger A1 app does not provide any block list data to server. FLinteger A1 app can retrieve block list data anonymously.

The communication between client and FLinteger A1 backend is encrypted with TLS 1.3 or TLS 1.2 per client device cryptography capability, TLS 1.3 is preferred over TLS 1.2 at TLS negotiation phrase.

3. Scope and Duration of Data Processing

3.1 Personal Data

No personal data is collected from FLinteger A1 app.

3.2. Usage Data

No usage data is collected from FLinteger A1 app.

3.3. Crash Reports

The crash report is anonymous and is used for product quality improvement purposes only.

For the released version, the user can disable the collection of the crash report in the settings.

For TestFlight builds, FLinteger A1 relies on anonymous crash reports that are automatically collected to improve the stability and reliability of the application.

4. Data Processed by Third Parties

FLinteger A1 does not pass on any data to third parties, is completely free of advertising and does not use analytics software to monitor user behavior. However, some functionalities can only be provided by using external data sources, frameworks or operating system services, which in turn process data and are subject to a separate privacy policy. We don’t have such functionalities yet.

5. Right to Information, Correction and Deletion

FLinteger A1 store your data on your device only. You have the right to check information about your personal data stored by FLinteger A1 at any time. Likewise, you have the right to delete your personal data.

You can delete all data related to your FLinteger A1 within app Settings screen.

7. Amendment of the Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time in order to comply with changed legal requirements or to reflect new functionalities of the app. The current Privacy Policy is always available for consultation from within FLinteger A1.
